Professional Bio

A seasoned program management and monitoring and evaluation professional with over 21 years of diversified experience across public-sector reforms, donor-funded programs, organizational development, quality assurance & capacity building. He has managed and monitored several major World Bank-funded initiatives, including Connected Punjab, Punjab Clean Air Program, PRIDE, Punjab Jobs & Competitiveness, SMART, and the Punjab Public Management Reform Program. His expertise includes developing M&E frameworks, tracking DLIs and KPIs, preparing implementation completion and results reports, coordinating technical assistance, and supporting policy and regulatory reforms. He has also contributed significantly to Ease of Doing Business and the Pakistan Regulatory Modernization Initiative through process re-engineering, stakeholder coordination, digitization, and regulatory mapping.
