Professional Bio
Technology Architecture and Infrastructure professional with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT architecture design, regulatory technology (RegTech/SupTech) deployment, IT infrastructure management, and large-scale digital transformation. He has worked across regulatory authorities, World Bank-funded government programs, fintech platforms, and international development organizations.
He has a proven track record of designing, overseeing, and scaling enterprise technology architectures that support regulatory, supervisory, and compliance functions, including across the Government of Punjab’s US$304 million World Bank-funded PRIDE Program. His expertise includes technology planning and roadmap development, vendor and service provider management, system deployment lifecycle management change management, cybersecurity governance, data protection, and system resilience in regulated, high-risk environments.
